Thank you for participating in MVC as a session moderator! This event is made possible by volunteers like you. Your help is a critical component of making one of the largest veterinary conferences a success. Please see below for the available volunteer shifts.

Volunteering as a Session Moderator

To become a session moderator, find your desired session(s) below and check the box to the left to select them.

Session Moderators are tasked with: 

• Introducing speakers in each session with a prewritten script from OVMA
• Working with speakers  like adjusting the lights and facilitating Q&A
• Communicating with and/or locating OVMA staff for any special requests, difficulties, or emergencies
